Let’s Go Krogering…..
Attention all Kroger shoppers…things are about to change as of May 1st. The Kroger Scrip program is going to be easier and more effective for you to use. Starting May 1st, you will NO LONGER need to put money on your Kroger Scrip card so that COS can earn money. Instead, what you need to do is get a copy of the bar code, available at the welcome center, church office or Scrip table, and take the form with you any time from May 1st or after and have it scanned along with your Kroger Plus Card.
From May 1, 2009 until May 30, 2010, every time you purchase groceries and have your Kroger Plus Card scanned, it will link it to Christ Our Savior and COS earns money every time you shop there. (Note: You only need to scan the barcode once at any Kroger store for it to link to COS.)
Notes:
- If you do not have a Kroger Plus Card, they are available at the customer service desk at any Kroger store,
- What if you still have funds left on your Kroger scrip card? No Problem. They aren't going anywhere. But once funds are eliminated there is no need to keep adding to that card. By simply remembering to scan your Kroger Plus Card every time you shop, that's all you need to do!
- If you are super web savvy, you can also register your Kroger Plus Card online at www.krogercommunityrewards.com. Our orgainization code is 82375.
Remember, COS earns lots of free money from our Scrip program…especially the grocery area. And now, Kroger is making it even easier for you and your family to shop and have proceeds go back to COS.
